Where are your stones from?
Both the blue and the pink sapphires are from Madagascar and the diamonds are from South Africa.

What size and cut are the stones?
The sapphires are 0.12cts round brilliant cut.
The Diamonds are 0.12 round brilliant cut, colour G/H and Quality Si.

Can we choose stones other than diamonds and sapphires?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss options - which could include coloured diamonds or birth stones.

Are your stones conflict free?
All stones used are non conflict stones.

What length and type of chain do you supply?
Chains are 18inche curbs but if you require longer/shorter or alternative designs please contact us to discuss options.

Are the pendants hallmarked?
All items are hallmarked in Scotland and contain the standard Edinburgh assay marks. They also have the individual mark of 'DOT' relating only to Dorothy Hood.

Can we have a pendant with birth stones?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss options.

Can you clean my pendant for me?
Yes. The cost is £10.00 per pendant plus recorded return delivery quoted on request. Please contact us for more details.

Can I order now but wait till my baby comes before choosing the stone colour?
Yes. We are happy to take advance orders and when you know the stone colour required will do our very best to get the pendant to you as quickly as possible.
