Delivery

All orders will be processed and despatched within 21 days. If you require the pendant quicker than this please contact us and we will be happy to advise the earliest date it can be delivered.

Returns Policy

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange earrings. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. We regret we cannot refund items that have been engraved or deposits on special commissions although every effort will be made on our part to resolve and problems. We cannot refund postage or shipping costs.
